MACANDEAN Sour
Ingredientes:

MACANDEAN 3 Onzas
Zumo de limón 1 Onza (jugo de 3 limones)
Azúcar 1 y ½ cucharadas
Una clara de huevo
Amargo de Angostura (opcional)

Proceso
En una coctelera mezclar de manera enérgica
las 3 onzas de MACANDEAN, el zumo de limón,
el azúcar y la clara de Huevo, agregar hielo
en cubos y mezclar nuevamente.
Servir colando en una copa fría y añadir dos
gotas de Amargo de Angostura, si lo desea,
y disfrute!

MACANDEAN Sour
Ingredients:

MACANDEAN 3 Ounce
Peruvian sour lemon juice 1 Ounce
(juice of 3 sour lemons)
Sugar 1 y ½ te spoons
One egg white
Amargo de Angostura (optional)

Process
In a cocktail blender mix MACANDEAN,
the lemon juice, the sugar and the egg white,
then add ice and blend again.

Pour into a cooled glass and add two
drops of Amargo de Angostura (optional),
and enjoy it.
